Our Commitment to Satisfaction

At Healthy Grounding, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We offer a 90-day risk-free return policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 90 days from the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible for this refund, please make sure that the item meets the criteria below:

  • The item is in good condition
  • All parts included
  • The item is in its original packaging

Please note that the cost for the shipment of returns are not covered by HealthyGrounding.

Initiating a Return

To begin the return process, please reach out to us at support@healthygrounding.com. We will provide you with all the necessary instructions on the return procedure and inform you about the address to which you should send your package.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your return, we will promptly send you an email to confirm the receipt of your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Issues with Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please first recheck your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, reach out to your bank as there could be some processing time before a refund is posted on your account. If after following these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@healthygrounding.com.

Cancellation Policy

Should you decide to cancel your order after the payment is finalized, we urge you to reach out to our customer service immediately, and ideally before the order is shipped. We typically dispatch orders within one to two business days. If the order is already on its way, we are unable to cancel it. In that case, you would have to proceed with a return upon receipt to get a refund.

Exchanges

To ensure you receive what you want quickly, we recommend returning the item you have and then making a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns on Gifts

If the item was designated as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll be granted a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.
